Primary Sport Solutions – About Us

Primary Sport Solutions is owned and managed by International Rugby League player, Paul Highton.

Paul has gained a wealth of experience in sports coaching throughout his long and distinguished playing career spanning over 15 years.

He has played as a professional for top Rugby League club Halifax and for over 10 years in the Super League at Salford Reds.

He has also represented Wales in the 2000 Rugby League World Cup.

His expertise and passion for sports development means your pupils will benefit from the very best teaching and training available.

Our Mission Statement

Primary Sport Solutions is committed to providing the highest quality sports training for Schools PPA Sports cover and after school clubs for children from the ages of 5 to 11 years.

Our aim is to provide coaching programmes to encourage participation in sport for young children and to foster an understanding of the importance of exercise and a healthy lifestyle.

The emphasis on team building and personal skills development in a positive and constructive learning environment is of the utmost importance in all of our programmes.

Range of Activities

Our schools PPA programmes deliver a range of multi-skills to Key Stage 1, aimed at developing hand eye co-ordination and body management.

This emphasis on fundamental movement skills will give the children a solid foundation when the sports become more specific.

Our structured learning programmes in Sports related PPA cover can deliver lessons for all the main National Curriculum sports including:

• Athletics
• Rugby
• Hockey
• Lacrosse
• Handball
• Dodge ball
• Tri-golf

We also run after school clubs for children of primary school age in all of the above subjects.
